<p>Description</p> <p>Commercial Loan Processor</p> <p>Full-Time | FM Bank</p> <p>Join a team where your attention to detail and customer focus make a real impact.</p> <p>FM Bank is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Loan Processor to support our Commercial Lending team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and values accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will play a key role in supporting loan officers and ensuring a smooth, efficient lending process from application through post-closing.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate loan closings by partnering with third parties such as title companies, attorneys, insurance providers, and appraisers </li><li>Serve as a direct point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person </li><li>Review loan applications, disclosures, and documentation for accuracy and completeness </li><li>Prepare loan documents and related materials </li><li>Research client accounts and respond to internal and external inquiries </li><li>Process loan notices and correspondence </li><li>Prepare Letters of Credit, including coordination with third parties </li><li>Verify paid loans and process collateral releases </li><li>Prepare and fund advances on lines of credit </li><li>Provide ongoing customer service support to commercial clients </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Prior experience or working knowledge of commercial loans preferred </li><li>Familiarity with LaserPro software is a plus </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude </li></ul>
