This position is responsible to design treatment and aftercare plans and supporting referrals. This position is required to also implement group therapy and clinical therapy for substance use and or mental health disorders. This position must also document all treatment activities and consistently consult with treatment team.</p> <p>Relationships and Contacts</p> <p>Within the organization: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with peers and accounting team members throughout Steps to Recovery and affiliated facilities.</p> <p>Outside the organization: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with third party vendors, as necessary.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Providing one on one and group therapy session for adults with substance use and mental health disorders </li><li>Developing and implementing client treatment Plans </li><li>Developing and implementing Aftercare and discharge/ </li><li>Completing client Bio-psychosocial evaluations </li><li>Attending and participating in regular Clinical Team meetings </li><li>Completing case notes and other documentation relevant to treatment, aftercare and discharge </li><li>Attending and participating in mandatory trainings </li><li>Assisting with Intake/Admissions, referrals, Discharge and Admission of clients </li><li>Asses and schedule client support needs outside the scope of STR </li><li>Complete other duties and tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>Position requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Must hold or be working toward Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, including Thought Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma History, Anxiety and Depression, strongly preferred.</p> <p>Other Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record. </li><li>Clear Background check, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements. </li><li>Current CPR and First Aid certification. </li></ul> <p>Skill Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Ethics and Values - adheres to and promotes the ethics and values outlined in the company and accrediting/licensing bodies Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance. Care plans outline necessary steps, identified collaboratively with the care team, to achieve objectives identified in the biopsychosocial assessment. Leverage evidence-informed, clinically excellent treatment interventions. </li><li>Advocacy - advocates for the needs and interest of clients and families to promotes clinical excellence through improved outcomes, access to care, and service delivery.
