<p>About the Role:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on commercial buildings and properties. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition and meet safety standards. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role </li><li>Strong knowledge of drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, and painting </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Certification in a related field </li><li>Experience working on commercial properties </li><li>Experience with commercial building codes and regulations </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performing maintenance and repair tasks on commercial buildings and properties </li><li>Identifying and troubleshooting issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems </li><li>Installing and repairing drywall, cabinetry, and finish carpentry </li><li>Painting and maintaining the appearance of buildings and properties </li><li>Performing landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <p>As a Handyman, you will use your skills in drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, and painting on a daily basis. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with our team and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, any certification or experience working on commercial properties or with commercial building codes and regulations will be highly valued.</p> <p>8am to 1pm EST</p> <p>25+ Hours/Week</p>
