Our team members support each other and work together to achieve common goals. </li><li>Continuous Learning: We encourage professional development and provide opportunities for growth and learning. </li><li>Inclusive Atmosphere: We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. </li><li>Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working hours to accommodate personal needs. </li><li>Employee Recognition: We regularly recognize and reward our employees for their hard work and dedication. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Be the Heartbeat: Support the campus, assist the Community Manager, and ensure a positive experience for residents. </li><li>Multitask Master: Handle administrative needs, event coordination, and leasing. </li><li>Team Player: Step in as the backup when the Community Manager is unavailable. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Foster a harmonious community atmosphere among residents. </li><li>Enforce property rules and regulations. </li><li>Follow up on maintenance requests and repairs. </li></ul> <p>General Office:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and report on outside contractors and vendors. </li><li>Maintain flexible office hours to meet business needs. </li><li>Respond to voicemails, faxes, and emails within 24 hours during the business week. </li><li>Answer the property cell phone during business hours. </li><li>Facilitate resident meetings as needed. </li><li>Manage laundry money collection monthly. </li><li>Submit petty cash forms and receipts for reimbursement. </li></ul> <p>Social Programming:</p> <ul> <li>Manage petty cash as per policy. </li><li>Organize social committees and plan monthly activities. </li><li>Host and participate in community events. </li></ul> <p>Housekeeping and Light Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure vacant apartments are show-ready and maintain curb appeal. </li></ul> <p>Leasing and Marketing:</p> <ul> <li>Implement the annual marketing plan and adjust as needed. </li><li>Strive for consistent 100% occupancy. </li><li>Abide by Fair Housing Laws. </li><li>Conduct outreach marketing in the community. </li><li>Maintain prospect records and follow up. </li><li>Host open house events and conduct tours as needed. </li><li>Conduct application interviews and lease signings. </li><li>Perform move-in orientations. </li></ul> <p>Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Complete and submit required paperwork. </li><li>Notify the Compliance Department of any policy breaches. </li><li>Adhere to Horizon's policies and regulations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior property management experience preferred. </li><li>Experience in customer service, leadership, and management. </li><li>Strong communication skills with diverse groups. </li><li>Conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs. </li></ul>
