As Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Ecommerce websites and driving revenue growth year over year. You will work with our team and direct SEO, PPC and email initiatives, among others, and oversee web design, UX and data analysis.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>This position manages the overall health and functionality of our ecommerce websites. Work with our team to increase traffic, grow our internal mailing list and drive revenue growth. </li><li>Customize and manage Magento, including extension development, theme customization and performance optimization. </li><li>Increase organic traffic by managing SEO initiatives. Leverage Google Search Console to monitor indexing issues, fix crawl errors and implement structured data and schema. </li><li>Optimize customer flow, improve user experience and page speed through thoughtful initiatives based on careful web analysis. </li><li>Work with our digital marketing group to increase the effectiveness of our Paid Search and Google Shopping campaigns. </li><li>Utilize GA4 to drive ecommerce improvements and to report weekly on web performance, user behavior and marketing attribution. Make data-backed decisions to improve sales performance. </li><li>Work with our designers and internal mailing lists to improve the effectiveness of our email marketing campaigns. </li><li>Use Magento to manage product placement, orders, monthly specials, closeouts and more. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Ecommerce experience on multimillion dollar websites. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Magento. </li><li>4-year degree in Digital Marketing or related field. </li><li>Knowledge of GA4, Search Console and Google Ads. </li><li>Knowledge of Epicor and Amazon a plus. </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. </li><li>Strong computer skills. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
