<p>ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of a major ACAT I shipbuilding Program Office in the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC. We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.</p> <p>Security Clearance:</p> <ul> <li>Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance </li></ul> <p>Position/Job Description:</p> <p>In support of the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, the contractor shall provide financial management support.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in tracking the execution of all DDG 51 Class Lines of Accounting. The contractor shall assist in preparing responses to inquiries from the DDG 51 program office. </li><li>Assist the Administrating Contract Officer (ACO) for the Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. (HII) shipbuilding contract. The contractor shall monitor contract growth resulting from change order execution, track total contract obligations, and analyze change order proposals in support of negotiations. The contractor shall develop, update, and maintain a log of all changes to Sections B and G contract values, to include amounts, descriptions, and reasons. </li><li>Assist in tracking the execution of all DDG 51 Class Lines of Accounting. The contractor shall assist in preparing responses to inquiries from the DDG 51 program office. </li><li>Assist the Administrating Contract Officer (ACO) for the Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. (HII) shipbuilding contract. The contractor shall monitor contract growth resulting from change order execution, track total contract obligations, and analyze change order proposals in support of negotiations. The contractor shall develop, update, and maintain a log of all changes to Sections B and G contract values, to include amounts, descriptions, and reasons. </li><li>Responsible for the execution, monitoring and reporting of program allocated funds as directed by the Government, including analyses of the program's financial status, health, and affordability. Will provide financial input for briefings and reports. May assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits. </li><li>Fund execution and management experience in ERP. Experience working with Shipbuilding and Conversion Navy (SCN) and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Navy (RDT&E, N) appropriations. </li></ul> <p>Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3 to 7 years professional experience in the Business/Financial management field </li><li>3 to 7 years of Navy ERP experience. </li></ul> <p>Educational Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/ Disability/Vet</p> <p>VEVRAA Federal Contractor</p>
