<p>Neighborhood Health Seeking</p> <p>OB/GYN - Women's Health</p> <p>Neighborhood Health is an innovative network of 10 community health center in Nashville and Lebanon, Tennessee. We provide comprehensive primary care, integrated behavioral health, and dental services to almost 30,000 patients. Our patients primarily include immigrants, residents of public housing, individuals experiencing homelessness, and person living with addiction. As a federally qualified health center, we provide care without regard to health insurance or a patient's ability to pay. We also strive to improve our Patient Centered Medical Home model to ensure all patients get the right high-quality care, at the right place and the right time.</p> <p>The OB/GYN in Women's Health is responsible for the provision of health care services to patients who receive their care at Neighborhood Health clinics. Such care may involve ambulatory services, night call care, hospital care and other as specified by NH. The Provider is expected to participate in quality assurance activity, member satisfaction, appropriate utilization of health care resources, electronic health record use and team meetings.</p> <p>The OB/GYN in Women's Health supports the Neighborhood Health mission to assure access of the underserved to healthcare, to engage patients in a meaningful healthcare experience through the patient-centered health home model, to provide high quality healthcare and to participate in controlling the cost of such care.</p> <p>The OB/GYN in Women's Health supports integrated healthcare involving behavioral health providers and dental health providers in care as appropriate.</p> <p>The OB/GYN in Women's Health will achieve meaningful use of electronic health records each year as the standards are updated and expanded by the federal government.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Education: Medical education is needed in a primary care specialty.</p> <ul> <li>Certification/Licensure as required by specialty </li><li>Licensed in the State of Tennessee as appropriate. DEA. Board certified. Maintain basic life support certifications. </li><li>Maintains current continuing medical education and requirements for privileging. </li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred </li></ul> <p>Regular and reliable attendance is required.</p> <p>Must be able to work in a Team environment</p> <p>EOE</p>
