At Ideal Tridon, connections are at the heart of what we do!</p> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>401k Match & Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)</p> <p>Climate-Controlled Facility - Stay comfortable year-round!</p> <p>Overtime Pay - Get rewarded for your hard work!</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Housing Operator will set up and operate metal stamping presses, roll mills, and other equipment to support customer product sample requests and production requirements.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Set up, adjust, and operate metal stamping presses & rolling mills</p> <p>Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment</p> <p>Monitor press operations for efficiency and quality</p> <p>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting</p> <p>Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality compliance</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills</p> <p>Knowledge of press setup procedures & die installation</p> <p>Ability to read blueprints & engineering drawings</p> <p>Experience using hand & power tools for setup and adjustments</p> <p>Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p>1+ years of machine setup & operation experience preferred</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs</p> <p>Standing, walking, reaching, and occasional equipment operation</p>
