<p>Job Summary and Responsibilities</p> <p>As an IT Analyst, you will support, optimize, and troubleshoot IT systems and applications to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.</p> <p>Every day you will analyze system performance, diagnose technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and participate in implementations, upgrades, and testing.</p> <p>To be successful, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT, and excellent communication to maintain efficiency and reliability.</p> <ul> <li>Evaluates existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. </li><li>Works with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate these into technical requirements. </li><li>Designs and proposes IT solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure. </li><li>Oversees the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. </li><li>Develops and executes test plans to ensure systems meet business needs and requirements. </li><li>Provides ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed. </li><li>Remote eligible. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role </li><li>Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation </li><li>Experience with project management and IT service management tools </li></ul> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>Inspired by faith.
