Together, we focus on end-to-end processes rather than silos, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready.</p> <p>The Role & Your Impact</p> <p>In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes as Novonesis transitions to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). You will work hands-on with configuration while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.</p> <p>Your key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supporting the implementation of warehouse and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on EWM</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in S/4 projects, including roll-outs to new Novonesis sites</p> </li><li> <p>Performing hands-on SAP EWM configuration and implementing system changes</p> </li><li> <p>Contributing to user requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Handling incidents and supporting end users and business process managers</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitating both smaller optimizations and larger improvement initiatives across logistics processes</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need to Be Successful</p> <p>Must-haves:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP, ideally within S/4HANA implementation projects</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with SAP EWM and logistics solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, production supply, and inventory management</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand, challenge, and contribute to technical designs in a complex, global setup</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Interests We Value</p> <p>Nice-to-haves:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience from process industries or life sciences</p> </li><li> <p>Prior involvement in global roll-outs or multi-site implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with SAP ECC in a support context</p> </li><li> <p>Interest in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>At Novonesis, you'll join a purpose-driven organization where people, collaboration, and learning are central to how we work.
