Posting Number 20166735S Job Description</p> <p>The primary focus of the AD for Programming is to develop and support engagement, sense of belonging, and well-being for all Ohio University students by:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Developing, planning, coordinating and implementing one-time and regular consistent programming.</p> </li><li> <p>Working with student organizations to plan, coordinate and implement activities, programs, and events</p> </li></ol> <p>3 Assisting with ongoing student engagement opportunities and programs such as Homecoming, Family Weekends, Welcome Week/First Six Weeks, Senior Week, and special events</p> <ol start="4"> <li>Provide advising and coaching support for student organizations </li></ol> <p>Primary Accountabilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Provide oversight and ongoing supervision to OHIO student organizations (including Sorority and Fraternity Life).</p> </li><li> <p>Orchestrate the development, planning, coordinating and implementing of one-time and regular consistent programming. Work with student organizations to plan, coordinate, and implement activities, programs, and events. Promote and ensure engagement efforts align with the Division of Student Affairs' priorities and outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with ongoing student engagement opportunities and programs such as Homecoming, Family Weekends, First Six Weeks, and special events. Support assessment, evaluation and research initiatives and needs for the Division of Student Affairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Help select and provide supervision to undergraduate student employees.
