Your performance will be evaluated against key metrics, including the realization of a Talent Service-related category strategies supporting the business strategy, financial impact, adherence to sustainable procurement & risk standards, colleague experience and the strategic growth of the category.</p> <p>You will build analytical capacity across the team by developing success metrics for initiatives and categories, enhancing tools and techniques to track and report on performance, and serving as a critical thought partner support continuous improvement across all areas of people category procurement activities. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to support the delivery and implementation of the category strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader Optimize and McKinsey goals.</p> <p>You will collaborate with Talent Service leaders to identify and action opportunities to expand colleague experience and reduce costs without compromising quality or employee satisfaction. You will identify trends and gaps, share expertise with cells to ensure full understanding of market and options to improve solutions and strategies.
