<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan and implement programs related to EHS aspects in order to comply with all respective and relevant local regulations and legislations and to achieve the organization's own sustainability goals related to EHS. </li><li>Design and / or implement policies, standards and guidelines for EHS related topics. </li><li>Implement agreed programs to manage respective management systems regionally or locally. </li><li>Plan, coordinate, organize and/or conduct audits including analyses and documentation of findings. </li><li>Provide advice on related subjects and support implementation of sustainable processes and products. </li><li>Cooperate with stakeholders in the organization and/or external auditors, and relate with regulatory and government agencies and associations, on an operational level. </li><li>Perform Industrial Hygiene testing at various intervals, as directed. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, EHS </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment (electrical preferred) . </li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies. </li><li>Basic OSHA regulation and ISO standards/knowledge. </li><li>Experience developing training programs and conducting audits. </li><li>Excellent communication and advanced presentation skills. </li><li>Ablility to problem solve and lead resolutions. </li><li>Business acumen. </li><li>Computer proficient including MS Office. </li><li>External candidates must have the ablility to work in the United State without without employment visa or other sponsorship. </li></ul> <p>Our Offering</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental and vision insurance </li><li>Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match </li><li>Regular employee appreciation and company events </li><li>Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits </li></ul>
