The principal function of the Deal Clerk is to ensure the accurate processing of all customer sales transactions and its related paperwork. Responsible for successful posting of deals </li><li>Manage the daily posting of contracts in transit payments and sending updates </li><li>Post new car swaps & wholesale deals </li><li>Process check requests </li><li>Post all internal repair orders </li><li>Reconcile and post monthly reserve statements </li><li>Handle special clerical and accounting projects as instructed by the Accounting Manager. </li><li>Reconcile accounts and clean schedules monthly as directed by the Accounting Manager </li><li>Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource </li><li>Occasional covering of cashier as directed by the Team Leader and Accounting Manager </li><li>Assist in completion of annual review/audit </li><li>CVR experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude </li><li>Flexible schedule to cover store hours </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements </li><li>Pre-employment background check and drug screening required </li></ul> <p>Join our team today!
