Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p> <p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p> <p>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain balanced cashier's station. </li><li>Process cash transactions for gaming customers and employees (Includes cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, markers, traveler's checks, lottery tickets, exchange currency, and processing cash advance transactions). </li><li>Process expanded cashing lottery tickets through the lottery site, $600-$5,000, and any applicable paperwork. </li><li>Offer and process applications for the mychoice Mastercard credit card. </li><li>Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations. </li><li>Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program. </li><li>Enroll patrons into mychoice, issue patrons mychoice player cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, answer questions about patron's accounts, and assist the Marketing Department with all gaming promotions. </li><li>Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette. </li><li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment. </li><li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers. </li><li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events. </li><li>Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations. </li><li>Other duties, as needed. </li></ul> <p>BRING US YOUR BEST.</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 Years of age or older. </li><li>Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent. </li><li>A minimum of one year of cashiering and experience and/or money handling experience. </li><li>Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager. </li><li>Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission. </li><li>Must be able to navigate multiple computer programs. </li><li>Must be able to pass background check and credit check. </li><li>Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. </li><li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Must enjoy hosting others. </li><li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests. </li><li>Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude. </li></ul> <p>STAY IN THE GAME.
