<p>Walnut Farm Montessori School is seeking experienced, credentialed Montessori teachers to lead Lower Elementary (6-9) classroom beginning fall 2026. This full-time, ten-month position is benefits-eligible and part of a collaborative, close-knit faculty committed to authentic Montessori practice.</p> <p>Elementary guides are responsible for preparing and maintaining rich Montessori environments; guiding children through integrated, interdisciplinary curriculum; and using careful observation and record-keeping to inform individualized instruction across language arts, mathematics, geometry, science, history and the arts. Teachers collaborate closely with colleagues, engage in ongoing professional growth, build strong partnerships with families, and contribute to the life of the school community. Proven experience leading an authentic Montessori classroom; collaborative, team-first mindset; deep commitment to Montessori philosophy and child development; strong communication skills; ability to build respectful relationships; employment authorization and background check.
