<p>This role leads advanced financial analysis and modeling to guide strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role provides insights into business performance, and contributes to improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Lead complex profitability analyses across products, members, and balance sheet strategies, synthesizing insights for senior leadership. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on FTP, RAROC, and profitability methodologies, advising on assumptions and model design. </li><li>Design, enhance, and maintain advanced profitability models for loans, deposits, and optionality-driven products. </li><li>Lead development of forward-looking pro forma models to evaluate new products, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives. </li><li>Translate profitability results into clear recommendations that influence pricing, growth, and balance sheet decisions. </li><li>Partner closely with Treasury and ALM on balance sheet strategy, liquidity premiums, and behavioral assumptions. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement of profitability systems, data structures, and reporting frameworks. </li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop new tools, dashboards, and analytical capabilities. </li><li>Provide oversight and quality review of team analyses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance adherence. </li><li>Act as a key contributor in audits, model risk management, and examiner interactions, explaining methodologies and results. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree) </li><li>Required Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience </li><li>Advanced financial modeling expertise and strong business acumen. </li><li>Ability to solve complex problems and balance competing priorities. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive level storytelling. </li><li>Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional partners. </li></ul> <p>Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Chelmsford, MA 01824 | Marlborough, MA 01752</p> <p>Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $95,000 - $110,000 annually + annual bonus</p> <p>Target Compensation in Chelmsford & Marlborough, MA: $95 - $110,000 annually + annual bonus</p> <p>Benefits options include:</p> <ul> <li>Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage </li><li>401K with generous matching per pay period </li><li>Paid Time Off: You'll accrue up to 15 vacation days in your first year.
