<p>SRCTec, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to provide leadership and support for the execution of programs. SRCTec's innovative programs provide for new product development, product upgrades/enhancements, depot/field service support, training, installations, and production/engineering. Customers are primarily Department of Defense and other government agencies along with a growing international market.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead cross functional resources towards the successful execution of awarded manufacturing contracts </li><li>Deliver manufacturing contracts on-time to the customer and on budget to the business with respect to both material and labor </li><li>Manage business area risks such as delivery schedule, program budgets, and product/program supply chain </li><li>Interface with Manufacturing Managers to provide detailed plans and direction for execution of production content </li><li>Provide regular status and updates to SRC Program Management on topics such as cost, schedule, material concerns, and risks </li><li>Lead and support efforts for proposal development, responding to proposal requests for ongoing/new efforts, and supporting business development activities for the product line </li><li>Support internal company activities such as: ISO compliance audits, program management reviews, financial reviews and process improvement initiatives </li><li>Develop future leaders though coaching and mentoring within the manufacturing organization </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, mathematics, business administration or a related field with 8+ years program related experience, including 3 years program leadership experience (e.g., technical lead, DPM, EPM) </li><li>10+ years of experience desired in manufacturing with minimum of two years' project management experience </li><li>Experience in a high mix, low volume or low mix, high volume manufacturing environment </li><li>Prior experience with continuous improvement tools (lean, 5S, and visual management) a plus </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a team environment </li><li>Must be self-reflective and have a desire to improve performance; also, must be able to effectively display empathy in difficult situations </li><li>Must be an effective decision maker (objective and pragmatic) as well as follow a structured approach to both problem solving and daily task management </li></ul> <p>What Sets Us Apart?</p> <p>SRCTec, LLC is a manufacturing and life cycle management company specializing in the cost-effective production of high-quality, high-reliability, advanced military electro-mechanical products. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $101,140 to $139,068 annually.
