<p>EASTCONN is hiring summer school based clinicians to meet the needs of an clinical day</p> <p>treatment program located at EASTCONN's Clinical Day Treatment Program</p> <p>in Windham for the Extended School Year from July 1st-June 30 2026</p> <p>NRP provides an individualized educational approach in a small</p> <p>and supportive clinical setting.</p> <p>Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, parent communication, case management, classroom consultation, crisis management, and collaboration with administrative and educational staff in developing student behavior programs.</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Applicant must have CSDE certification in one of the following areas: </li></ul> <p>070: School Psychologist</p> <p>071: School Social Worker</p> <p>268: School Marriage and Family Therapist</p> <p>068: School Counselor</p> <ul> <li>Strong behavior management skills; </li><li>Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, families, and </li></ul> <p>community providers;</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work well with others as a team; and </li><li>Ability to facilitate problem-solving conversations among team members </li></ul> <p>and between staff and students.</p> <p>At EASTCONN, we believe that diversity is key to our success.
