In this high-impact role, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Global Leadership to turn data into insights that shape pricing, investment, and commercial strategy.</p> <p>This is a highly visible role where finance directly influences revenue, margin, and market performance across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Global Travel Retail.</p> <p>Qualifications/Requirements</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Drive insights on volume, revenue, pricing, mix, and profitability across global markets </li><li>Lead annual planning (AOP), forecasting, and monthly performance reviews </li><li>Optimize trade spend and marketing investments to improve ROI </li><li>Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Operations </li><li>Build financial models and storytelling that influence senior leadership decisions </li><li>Support pricing and route-to-market strategy with data-driven analysis </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>4+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis </li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets </li><li>Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field </li><li>Experience with Oracle EPM or Power BI a plus </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish </li></ul> <p>#LI-MD1</p> <p>Min</p> <p>Max</p>
