<p>Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking a Scrum Master.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams through the application of agile methodologies and practices </li><li>Manage complex project workflows and oversee sprint planning sessions using Jira as the primary tool </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions </li><li>Identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity across multiple workstreams </li><li>Coach teams on the adoption of agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement </li><li>Track and report key metrics using Jira dashboards and other project management tools </li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on delivery timelines and expectations* CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or an equivalent agile certification is required </li><li>5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects </li><li>Expert proficiency in Jira administration, including customization and project management capabilities </li><li>Technical background with hands-on knowledge of databases, such as SQL and Oracle </li><li>Experience in programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or similar </li><li>Strong understanding of commercial software platforms, including SAP and Salesforce </li><li>In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe </li><li>Experience with the enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices </li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced certifications in Jira and project management </li><li>Experience with ERP implementations and/or CRM platforms </li><li>Background in enterprise architecture and system integrations </li><li>Experience in the energy or utilities industry </li></ul>
