<p>Team/Shift Leader</p> <p>Chick-fil-A Foxborough - Patriot Place</p> <p>Experience Requirement (Read Carefully)</p> <p>Chick-fil-A experience is preferred for application to this position.</p> <p>Applications without leadership experience will not be considered.</p> <p>Minimum 1 year prior experience with Chick-fil-A as a Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager is preferred.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>A Team/Shift Leader is a high-capacity operational leader responsible for driving execution, accountability, and measurable results.</p> <p>You are expected to be:</p> <ul> <li>A Leader first and foremost - Lead with purpose </li><li>A standard-setter, not a negotiator of expectations </li><li>A protector of culture through accountability </li></ul> <p>A Team/Shift Leader understands that servant leadership includes hard conversations, consistent enforcement of standards, and disciplined execution of systems.</p> <p>Systems & Accountability</p> <p>Team/Shift Leaders are fully responsible for implementing and enforcing:</p> <ul> <li>Chick-fil-A policies and procedures </li><li>Operational Excellence standards </li><li>Core 4 & Winning Hearts Every Day </li><li>Proper use of the Chick-fil-A One Click App </li></ul> <p>This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Documenting coaching and disciplinary action in real time </li><li>Tracking performance trends </li><li>Following progressive discipline properly </li><li>Protecting the business through consistent documentation </li></ul> <p>Failure to execute systems consistently is failure to lead.</p> <p>Financial & Operational Ownership</p> <p>Team/Shift Leader must understand and be accountable for:</p> <ul> <li>Labor percentages and deployment strategy </li><li>Productivity benchmarks </li><li>Inventory management awareness </li><li>Drawer accuracy and cash handling standards </li><li>Sales awareness and throughput </li><li>Shift-level profitability impact </li></ul> <p>This position requires someone who understands that leadership decisions directly impact:</p> <ul> <li>Financial performance </li><li>Guest experience </li><li>Team morale </li><li>Brand reputation </li></ul> <p>You will be expected to know the numbers and manage accordingly.</p> <p>Position Type</p> <p>Full-Time or Part-Time</p> <p>Starting at $18.00 + per hour (commensurate with experience)</p> <p>Team/Shift Leader Responsibilities</p> <p>OPENING or CLOSING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant </li><li>Drive labor efficiency while maintaining service excellence </li><li>Hold team members accountable to policy and standards </li><li>Lead shift planning and deployment strategy </li><li>Conduct daily huddles with clarity and direction </li><li>Serve as key holder; open and/or close restaurant </li><li>Count drawers and finalize day accurately </li><li>Execute and enforce all checklists and procedures </li><li>Address performance issues immediately and document in One Click </li><li>Coach team members toward measurable improvement </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year Chick-fil-A leadership experience preferred </li><li>Experience leading large teams </li><li>Proven history of measurable operational success </li><li>Strong understanding of labor management </li><li>Understanding food cost and waste </li><li>Comfortable enforcing policy without hesitation </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with One Click system documentation </li><li>Experience leading in a high-volume restaurant </li></ul> <p>About Chick-fil-A</p> <p>Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
