You collaborate with Supervisory Managers, drive process enhancements, and ensure operational efficiency. Together, we foster a culture of excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to grow your expertise and make a meaningful impact across our business.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Direct and oversee a team of associates, ensuring high-quality administrative support </li><li>Collaborate with Supervisory Managers to coordinate and delegate tasks </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency </li><li>Document and maintain administrative procedures to ensure compliance </li><li>Set performance standards, monitor productivity, and hold team members accountable </li><li>Recruit, hire, develop, and coach employees to build a high-performing team </li><li>Lead training initiatives and onboard new team members effectively </li><li>Deliver ongoing training and professional development for support staff </li><li>Organize and prepare review materials for business units </li><li>Represent the team in governance and change management meetings </li><li>Provide regular updates to management on team progress and operational metrics </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>5 years of proven experience in team leadership and people management </li><li>7 years of experience in the securities or investment industry </li><li>Advanced knowledge of securities industry rules, regulations, and guidelines </li><li>Strong ability to synthesize insights and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing </li><li>Demonstrated personal initiative and achievement of challenging goals </li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Experience in training, coaching, and developing staff </li><li>Ability to identify and implement process improvements </li><li>Experience in preparing business review materials and reporting to management </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a directly related securities industry position </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in global or cross-functional teams </li><li>Track record of entrepreneurial leadership </li><li>Experience in change management initiatives </li><li>Ability to manage special projects and contribute subject matter expertise </li><li>Experience in governance meetings and strategic planning </li><li>Advanced reporting and analytical skills </li><li>Experience in mentoring and coaching in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
