Responsibilities may include teaching days, evenings, and nights, with the potential for in-person only, online only, or a combination. The Trial Advocacy Coach will work with the Director of Trial Advocacy to coach students and to otherwise implement the mission of the Kline School of Law.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Teaching students to analyze a case file </li><li>Teaching students to craft themes and theories of a case file </li><li>Teaching students how to argue oral motions in limine </li><li>Teaching students to draft direct and cross-examinations, opening statements and closing arguments </li><li>Conducting weekly practices with student either in person or via Zoom </li><li>Attending the trial advocacy competition(s) with the student team members </li><li>Evaluate student achievement of curricular objectives </li><li>Maintain communication with the Director of Trial Advocacy and the Dean for Academic Affairs regarding any course, competition, or student issues </li><li>Perform other similar duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>J.D.
