<p>Overview</p> <p>The Bilingual Senior Manager, Sports Marketing and Sponsorships will help build and manage sports partnerships in North America and globally. They will work with international collaborators to boost PR and social media efforts to increase program visibility.</p> <p>As the primary driver of sports marketing in North America, the Senior Manager will lead all sponsorship strategies and initiatives, while developing programs to support Distributor business. They will lead all aspects of key agency relationships in sports marketing, experiential marketing, and activations while encouraging global sponsorship opportunities.</p> <p>The role requires a strategic vision, global sports industry knowledge, and strong leadership to engage with C-level executives, government officials, sports agents, and professional sports leagues (e.g., MLS, NWSL, NBA, LaLiga). The Senior Manager will also implement sports marketing education initiatives to drive brand growth in performance and nutrition.</p> <p>HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE</p> <ul> <li>Direct oversight of premium and senior sponsorships, including contract negotiations, campaigns, and analytics. </li><li>Lead all aspects of key agency relationships and develop global sponsorship opportunities. </li><li>Formulate, build, and implement the North America sponsorship and sports marketing plan, ensuring alignment with global initiative, including athlete programs, sponsorship and event portfolios, and communications strategies to increase brand awareness. </li><li>Collaborate with regional teams on sponsorship activations and events. </li><li>Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Digital, Communications, Sales/Distributors) to improve sponsorship efficiency. </li><li>Develop tools to measure and analyze sponsorship performance, presenting insights to senior leadership. </li><li>Serve as one of the primary liaisons between industry partners, professional sports leagues, agencies, and community organizations. </li><li>Support international events or globally sponsored athletes/teams attending sport functions in North America, integrating Distributor activation. </li><li>Attend Distributor meetings, industry events, and other corporate functions as necessary. </li><li>Lead regional sponsorship promotions to drive volume, engagement and excitement for Distributors, consumers, employees and Preferred Members. </li><li>Coordinate the Distributor sports-related events, crafting long-term platforms for brand growth and the Distributor Difference. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of sports marketing and sponsorship experience required. Agency experience a plus. Preferred experience in CPG brands, experiential marketing, and global partnerships. </li><li>Must be proficient in English/Spanish- reading, writing and speaking. </li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and relationship management skills </li><li>Proven experience collaborating with large, cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong project management capabilities. </li><li>The ability to travel up to 50% of the time and to work evenings and/or weekends based on business needs. </li><li>Expertise in sponsorship contract negotiation and marketing strategy. </li><li>In-depth experience creating presentations and delivering to large groups or senior leadership. </li><li>Basic knowledge of the nutrition industry, performance and health and wellness products. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
