We are searching for a candidate interested in working in a world-class metabolomics facility alongside a team of bioanalytical chemists, bioinformaticians, and biomedical scientists to build new tools for metabolite analysis. Duties for the position will include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Development of custom data analysis tools for statistical analysis, QC validation, and raw mass spectrometry files</p> </li><li> <p>Design, implementation and maintenance of a website for the facility to host data analysis tools.</p> </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. They will work closely with biological scientists at multiple levels of training. Programming experience in R and/or python is required. Familiarity with metabolomics data analysis tools like MetaboAnalyst is preferred.
