BHN is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our growing In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) team based in Fall River.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As the Assistant Program Director for our IHBS and ABA programs, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring clinical quality, staff development, and the expansion of services that support children and families across the region. You'll collaborate closely with the Program Director to guide daily operations, uphold compliance standards, and foster a culture of excellence.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training qualified IHBS and ABA staff </li><li>Supervise and evaluate staff performance and clinical practice </li><li>Monitor the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and Functional Behavior Assessments </li><li>Support program growth through community outreach and school system collaboration </li><li>Oversee clinical quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance </li><li>Respond to on-call needs and mediate client/staff/provider concerns </li><li>Lead staff and clinical team meetings and contribute to agency-wide initiatives </li><li>Monitor and review data reports, including MABH Access and internal quality metrics </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required </li><li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and MA Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) required </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings </li><li>At least 3 years' experience in supervision and program management </li><li>Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and facilitation skills </li><li>Experience with home-based service delivery and CBHI regulations preferred </li><li>Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Mission-Driven Work - Help lead a team that supports children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care </li><li>Team Culture - Work in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on professional growth and quality services </li><li>Career Advancement - Opportunities for leadership training, promotions, and continued education </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits - Including generous PTO, medical/dental/vision, 403(b), and tuition assistance </li><li>Recognized Workplace - Proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work and one of MA's top 10 employers </li></ul> <p>We Hire for Purpose!</p> <p>Since 1938, BHN has provided high-quality, affordable, and culturally responsive behavioral health services across Western Massachusetts.
