<p>PC Technician, Mid</p> <p>Key Role:</p> <p>Performs a variety of services in support of End Users or Missions for the various components and commands residing at the locations assigned and as directed by leadership. Manages and provides day-to-day support for End User Devices that provide local or remote access, whether using wired or wireless connectivity. Provides troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Conducts application and data migration necessary as a result of a hardware or software IMAC or re-installation. Troubleshoots and repairs software and network connectivity issues. Build, configure, and test IT equipment in accordance with applicable standard hardware configurations, software images, procedures, and specific requirements. Plan, engineer, coordinate, install, or manage equipment installations. Recommend upgrades to and replacements in accordance with policies and procedures. Integrate, test, and verify VDI client hardware and software.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and VDI client hardware and software </li><li>Experience using Remedy for receiving, documenting, and closing tickets </li><li>Knowledge of SCCM, McAfee, InTune, Forescout, Tiviolo, or Hypori </li><li>Ability to oversee and guide junior technicians in day-to-day duties </li><li>TS/SCI clearance </li><li>HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience as a PC Technician, or Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field and 3+ years of experience as a PC Technician </li><li>DoD IAT Level II Certification </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a government environment </li><li>Possession of excellent customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Clearance:</p> <p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
