This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction and must be able to push and pull a moderate weight.</p> <ul> <li>Clean public and employee restrooms and showers. </li><li>Clean public restrooms and maintain adequate supplies of products, to include but not limited to, toilet paper, soap lotions and paper towels </li><li>Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuine warm and friendly manner </li><li>Clean glass in public and employee areas. </li><li>Clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. </li><li>Dust, vacuum, & mop surfaces in assigned areas. </li><li>Empty trash containers in public areas into proper containers. </li><li>Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains, and report damages to managers. </li><li>Clean and maintain lights. </li><li>Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary. </li><li>Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. </li><li>Respond promptly to requests from guests to other departments. </li><li>Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or restrooms. </li><li>All other duties as assigned by leadership </li><li>A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. </li><li>Refined verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time. </li><li>Must have AM and PM availability. </li><li>Must be able to work weekends and holidays </li></ul>
