Ideal candidates will have knowledge around nurse labor productivity and expense benchmarking. Familiarity with UKG productivity analytics and/or Vizient ODB benchmarking is helpful and previous leadership experience is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle GL/ERP and/or Oracle Smartview is also preferred.</p> <p>The Manager, Financial Reporting and Budgeting is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Director of Financial Data and Analytics. This position will be responsible for overseeing the benchmarking and labor productivity analytics teams and their corresponding responsibilities related to benchmark performance, enterprise staffing, and budgeting. This role will also manage quarterly benchmark data uploads with vendors such as Vizient, presenting corresponding results onsite at healthcare facilities with operations leaders, and supporting the annual nurse staffing budget process throughout the organization. This support includes monthly financial reporting packages (both internal and external), annual operating budgets, projections, variance analysis, account analysis, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. Additional responsibilities include the management of analytics via the UKG Timekeeping and productivity application, helping design and maintain job code mapping in ERP for benchmark accuracy, and support various reporting sources for benchmark and productivity information such as dashboards, reports, and distribution lists.</p> <p>The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities.
