With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.</p> <p>.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Handle client service requests and manage insurance coverage procurement/renewal. </li><li>Proactively anticipate client needs while providing exceptional service. </li><li>Demonstrate comprehensive insurance knowledge, including coverage review, recommendations, and cross-selling. </li><li>Participate in special assignments and seize opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling. </li><li>Travel to client meetings and maintain effective use of client management systems. </li><li>Prepare professional documents, including proposals and spreadsheets, while managing correspondence. </li><li>Build relationships with underwriters and negotiate favorable outcomes. </li><li>Develop professionally, support team growth, and assume Risk Management Advisor duties when needed. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>2-5 years' experience in Property Casualty Insurance in an Account Manager, Sales or Marketing role </li><li>NY State Property & Casualty license </li></ul> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills & Expertise in Microsoft Office products</p> <p>BENEFITS</p> <p>This job is fully remote.</p> <p>Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.</p> <p>Salary range is $80K to $120K per year.</p> <p>We're an?equal opportunity employer.
