Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field or enrolled in an accredited program</p> </li><li> <p>Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts</p> </li><li> <p>Current Basic Life Support Certification required and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification where appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Successful passage of CCH's Pharmacology Exam</p> </li><li> <p>Three to five years recent experience as a Charge Nurse or Preceptor</p> </li><li> <p>Must demonstrate leadership abilities. Must possess good oral and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Three to five recent years of progressively responsible experience in related area</p> </li><li> <p>With all qualifications being considered, the final decision as to who is awarded the position will be heavily weighted toward the candidate with the most actual hands on patient care experience.</p> </li><li> <p>CPI within 4 months of position and must maintain certification.</p> </li></ol>
