Every other Friday is required (to cover for co-worker's Friday off).</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing customer support primarily through inbound telephone calls including: scheduling for appropriate community education classes, support groups, and events in alignment with health system priorities or as needs identify. Processes incoming referrals received via phone, fax or online form from physician offices and provides timely follow-up to ensure customers have received an appointment.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>A minimum of 2 years in an office setting is required. A minimum of 2 years of customer service either through telephone, online support, face-to-face or through other methods of communication is required. Prior experience as a receptions/assistant in a medical setting is preferred.</p> <p>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent is required.</p> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to convey a personable and patient demeanor. Excellent listening skills, multi-tasking ability, problem solving capabilities and self-motivated. Ability to use standard office equipment: computer, copier, printer and multi-line telephone to fulfill established quality standards of the job. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with CRM is a plus.
