<p>Advancement Opportunity</p> <p>Temporary HR Clerk</p> <p>Bentley Mills is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly Temporary Human Resources Clerk with strong detail oriented and customer service skills to join the Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate should have a career interest in Human Resources. If you are interested in providing top-notch customer service and are detail oriented, then we would like to meet with you! The Temporary Human Resource Clerk will be involved in multiple functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including record keeping, data entry, auditing and maintaining various department reports/records. This position is a Temporary role and is expected to last 3-6 months depending on workload.</p> <p>Experience/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette. </li><li>Knowledge of basic office machines and equipment. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and employee information </li><li>Excellent organizational abilities; multi-tasking; prioritization; time management </li><li>Maintain employee personnel records. </li><li>Accurately enters a variety of data into ADP systems and other databases and needed. </li><li>Alert appropriate management team members regarding late or missing documents required for data entry. </li><li>Assist with administrative duties to support the HR Department </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. </li><li>Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required. </li><li>Strong data entry abilities </li><li>Must have strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Proven effective oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy. </li><li>Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, general word processing, Experience with Microsoft Office </li><li>Must display independent judgment and initiative with excellent problem solving skills. </li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>This position reports to the VP of HR at Bentley Mills, Inc.</p> <p>Starting pay range: $ 17-$18</p> <p>Bentley Mills is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
