<p>RN Unit Manager - Rydal Park, Jenkintown</p> <p>Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Unit Manager RN to lead our care team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds strong staff relationships, and provides on-the-spot feedback to ensure high-quality resident care.</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, typically on call every 5th weekend</p> <p>Pay: starting at $95,000.00 based on experience.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, providing guidance and immediate feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess resident needs, promote independence, and facilitate person-centered care.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor staff performance, ensure timely completion of duties, and respond to emergencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Administer medications, treatments, and direct nursing procedures accurately.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and families to coordinate care plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and uphold resident rights.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Current RN license and relevant state certifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership experience in a high-volume healthcare setting.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills; ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in EHR and MS Office; PCC experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>As one of the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
