We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated Housekeeper (Environmental Support Assistant) to help maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that our facility remains clean, orderly, and safe. This position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other parts of the facility in accordance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dining rooms, and offices. </li><li>Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures as needed. </li><li>Remove trash and replace liners. </li><li>Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. </li><li>Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the supervisor. </li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. </li><li>Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times. </li><li>Maintain resident confidentiality and treat all residents with dignity and respect. </li><li>Assist with laundry services as needed. </li><li>Respond promptly and courteously to resident or staff requests. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience (especially in a healthcare or senior living environment) is a plus. </li><li>Ability to follow oral and written instructions. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work on feet for extended periods. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Varied shifts may include weekends and holidays.
