<p>At St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, every team member plays a critical role in achieving our lifesaving mission. We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Sr Benefits Analyst to oversee the administration and compliance of our retirement programs-specifically our 403(b) plans and 457(f) nonqualified retirement plans. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient management of plan operations, participant support, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of 403(b) and 457(f) retirement plans, including recordkeeping, contributions, distributions, and reporting. Coordinate enrollment, participant communications, and educational initiatives. Process plan transactions such as deferrals, rollovers, withdrawals, and distributions. Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, ERISA (where applicable), and state/federal laws. Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, providing guidance on eligibility, contributions, vesting, and distribution options. Prepare and maintain plan documents, amendments, and summary plan descriptions (SPDs). Support annual reviews, audits, and plan evaluations. Collaborate with TPAs, recordkeepers, and investment providers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor vendor performance and address service-related issues. Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field required Minimum Experience: Four years of professional level experience in Human Resources, with at least two years experience with benefits and/or HR information systems preferably at St. Jude Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: CBP, CEBS, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Senior Benefits Analyst. Explore our exceptional benefits!
