Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies that significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. </li><li>You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. </li><li>You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. </li><li>Drive the adoption of advanced automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy across projects. </li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with overall project goals and quality standards. </li><li>Mentor and support team members to deepen their expertise and foster a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Analyze testing outcomes to identify trends and proactively address potential risks or issues. </li><li>Champion innovative testing solutions that leverage emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage. </li></ul> <p>This role is 100% onsite in Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum 10 years of Automation testing experience</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of Selenium experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Expert proficiency in Java Standard Edition </li><li>Expert proficiency in API Testing and Cucumber Testing Framework </li><li>Good knowledge on Payments Fundamentals </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
