<p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to sales associates and provide customer service to internal and external clients within Asset Management. </li><li>Buy, sell and trade securities as well as take and place securities orders as directed. </li><li>Open new securities accounts. </li><li>Respond to customer service problems/questions from internal and external sources in a professional and timely manner. Complete necessary documentation/research for any account maintenance changes and ensure that the change is completed. </li><li>Take and place orders, provide market and account information, document preparations, mailing, submission and filing. </li><li>Prepare and deliver customer analysis, reports and communications. </li><li>Interact with partners in various areas in operating to ensure accurate set up of new account services, resolve operational problems, process various money movements/transactions, wire transfers, fraud and investigation </li><li>Build positive relationships with coworkers and clients conducive to obtaining referrals and new business generation. </li><li>Responsible for all documentation required to meet compliance standards and Bank regulations. </li><li>Process all expense reports and mileage reports monthly. </li><li>Successfully navigate and transact within the appropriate computer system. May work on multiple systems across different lines of business within Asset Management. </li><li>May support multiple lines of business across Asset Management. May work on special projects. </li><li>Other projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <p>MINIMUM:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable PC applications </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>MINIMUM:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree or three (3) years relevant experience in banking or financial markets </li><li>NASD 7 & 63/66 (or successfully pass the exams within 6 months of hire date) </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>Typical office environment</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$38,910.00 - $75,080.00</p> <p>The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
