We want your knowledge and expertise!</p> <p>Here is some of what you can expect from being an EMT with us:</p> <ul> <li>You will support nursing personnel in providing care to patients and assist with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment for healthcare delivery. </li><li>You will be responsible for assistance with patient care, transportation of patients, specimens, and supplies; </li><li>You will keep the patient room clean and stock the department. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>EMT-Basic Certification or EMT-Paramedic Certification is required, </li><li>A healthcare provider from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. </li><li>IV certified required. </li><li>Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) Certification required. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Successful completion of the EMS course. </li><li>One year of hospital experience is preferred. </li><li>Basic knowledge of computer systems and good interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong critical thinking skills. </li></ul> <p>HCA HealthONE, one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare systems in the Rocky Mountain region, offers more than 170 care sites in the Denver metro area.
