In this role, you will be responsible for proofing, optimizing, and managing digital content that drives engagement, builds our brand voice, and supports lead generation. You will create and manage high-quality, SEO-optimized content that inspires travelers and communicates the unique value of our cruise experiences. These values shape our culture, our service, and our people, guiding us as we work together to Share America's Story on the Finest American Ships.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Proof, edit, and optimize engaging digital content for search visibility, including website pages, blog posts, email marketing, and social media. </li><li>Implement technical SEO best practices, including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt tags, and URL slugs within our CMS platform. </li><li>Collaborate with our SEO partner and creative teams to ensure all content is optimized for search and aligns with brand standards. </li><li>Maintain and update website content via our CMS platform, ensuring proper formatting, linking, and layout while adhering to accessibility and UX best practices. </li><li>Partner with our web developers and IT team to support technical SEO improvements, such as page speed optimization, mobile usability, crawlability, and site architecture. </li><li>Monitor and report on organic search traffic and content performance using GA4 and other SEO tools. </li><li>Work with the Social Media Manager to align content strategies to support our cross-platform SEO and conversion goals. </li><li>Assist with the creation of an editorial calendar to align marketing campaigns. </li><li>Research industry trends, travel behavior, and competitor content to inform digital strategy. </li><li>Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and message across digital channels. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience working in digital marketing, content marketing, or SEO-focused roles. </li><li>Strong knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices and tools. </li><li>Experienced with CMS platforms. Kentico is preferred. </li><li>Basic understanding of HTML, email marketing, and social media marketing. </li><li>Proficient in using GA4 for content performance measurement. </li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. </li><li>Passion for travel, cruising, and storytelling. </li></ul> <p>Why Join American Cruise Lines?</p> <p>At American Cruise Lines, our people are the driving force behind our success.
