Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans and monitor the health status of residents. This position requires compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes the dignity and independence of each resident.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. </li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. </li><li>Help residents with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols. </li><li>Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a long-term care facility. </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <p>The required skills of being a Certified Nurse Aide are essential for providing direct patient care and ensuring the comfort of residents.
