<p>Job Title: Architectural Job Captain</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Job Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Revit or AutoCAD and have 5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field. Experience with commercial projects is preferred, along with a strong background in detailing and construction document sets.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and produce construction document sets. </li><li>Participate in all phases of design, from concept to completion. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and principals to ensure project success. </li><li>Conduct construction administration tasks. </li><li>Work on a variety of projects across different sectors including higher education, industrial, k12, and commercial. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. </li><li>5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field. </li><li>Experience with detailing and construction document sets. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. </li><li>Experience with commercial projects. </li><li>Knowledge of design development and production processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position requires working in the office five days a week. The firm consists of 27 people and operates as a generalist, working on various project types except residential. This includes commercial, industrial, higher education, k12, and retail sectors. The firm offers a flexible start time structure between 7:30-9:30 am to accommodate different schedules, with a wrap-up at 2 pm on Fridays after completing 40 hours for the week. The small firm size allows for close collaboration with principals and involvement in all phases of design.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
