Skillset to include managing end to end design and construction of commercial projects in the Denver metro area. Experience to include project management, MEP, and Building Systems experience. Responsible for managing end to end design and construction projects. Typical projects range in size from $1M to $30M.</p> <p>Our culture of learning and development will lead to quick growth as we place an emphasis on properly prioritizing work-life harmony while working on challenging engineering projects.</p> <p>Common Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Project Manager for commercial construction projects in the front range</p> <p>Assignment of multiple projects at a time</p> <p>Responsible for timely project completion and financial management of the project</p> <p>Experience with subcontracts, job costing, change orders, staffing, schedules, and pay applications</p> <p>Work closely with Project Engineers on RFIs and submittals</p> <p>Work with Superintendent on schedules, subcontractor performance, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections</p> <p>Experience managing engineers and subconsultants when prime on a project</p> <p>Skills</p> <p>Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc,), Bluebeam, and AutoCAD</p> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with the team, both internal and external</p> <p>Work collaboratively with others</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required (or years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree)</p> <p>Minimum of 10 years of AEC industry experience</p> <p>Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience</p> <p>Must be authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Core Values</p> <p>Promotes positive attitude and image</p> <p>Exhibits goal-oriented behavior</p> <p>Shows fairness and consistency</p> <p>Shows good judgment and reasoning ability</p> <p>Takes initiative</p> <p>RMH is proud to be a part of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA), and M/F/V/D employer programs.</p> <p>The pay range for this position is expected to be within a range of $110,000 - $160,000 and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, professional registrations and applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
