<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Performs customer service functions by effectively fosters positive customer relationships and maximizes satisfaction with Central's products and services. Manages sales activities including: quoting price and delivery, performing order entry, and processing other customer requests/follow-ups in an assigned territory, by performing the following duties:</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Required</p> <p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 30 minimum college credits (approximately one year); and two years minimum of related customer service/sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>Preferred</p> <p>Associates Degree; three to five years of related customer service/sales experience; knowledge of the distribution sales channel in the semiconductor industry, and experience with ISO9001:2000 are all preferred.</p> <p>TRAVEL</p> <p>Position may require minimal travel (<2%).</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
