<p>Skill: Guidewire Policy Center and Rating Developer</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong technical skills in Java, Gosu (Guidewire's proprietary language). </li><li>SQL, along with experience in Guidewire's data model, rules, and integration technologies. </li><li>Familiarity with web technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Guidewire Cloud deployment practices is highly desirable. </li><li>Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. </li><li>Rating and pricing configurations in Guidewire Policy center. </li><li>Working with the rating engine to implement and maintain insurance product pricing logic. </li><li>Commercial Insurance Domain knowledge is desirable. </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Critical thinking and Analytical problem-solving skills. </li><li>Project management certifications, agile certifications will be an added advantage. </li><li>Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy center certifications. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Designs, develops, and implements solutions within the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform, focusing on customizing insurance applications and building new features. </li><li>Work with various components like product models, rating engines, APIs, and integrations. </li><li>Develop, customize, and configure Guidewire Insurance Suite applications. </li><li>Working with the rating engine to implement and maintain insurance product pricing logic. </li><li>Configure Rating and pricing configurations in Guidewire Policy center. </li><li>Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements. </li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire solutions. </li><li>Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment. </li><li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications. </li><li>Work with QA teams to ensure the quality and functionality of software deliverables. </li><li>Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers as needed. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range - $95,000- $105,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-NS2"</p>
