<p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Support Specialist on our Personal Lines team, you'll be the behind-the-scenes advocate who keeps our clients' needs moving forward. This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience in the insurance world-while building the professional skills you'll use throughout your career.</p> <p>You'll learn our tools, systems, and resources, and see how each piece works together to deliver great service. Along the way, you'll develop skills in relationship-building, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, all while supporting our Personal Lines team and clients.</p> <p>Here's how you'll contribute:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the Personal Lines team with a variety of insurance needs and daily service tasks. </li><li>Learn and navigate R&R's systems, processes, and resources with increasing confidence. </li><li>Help prepare and process client documents, correspondence, and policy information. </li><li>Support claims handling by entering details in our systems and communicating basic updates. </li><li>Create and distribute Evidence of Insurance for clients and lenders. </li><li>Verify downloaded transactions to keep records accurate and up-to-date. </li><li>Follow through on assigned tasks and document progress so nothing falls through the cracks. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <p>This is an entry-level role in the insurance industry-bring the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and some general office experience, and we'll help you launch your career. Here's what we're hoping you'll bring to the table:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma (or equivalent). </li><li>At least 2 years of general work experience, or 1 year at R&R. Previous office or insurance industry experience is a plus. </li><li>Ability to earn a Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire (we will help you with this!). Bonus points if you already have a P&C license. </li><li>Basic skills using the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn R&R's insurance systems. </li><li>A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Clear, professional communication skills-both written and verbal-with good listening skills and a friendly, helpful approach to customer service. </li><li>Problem-solving skills, knowing when to handle an issue yourself and when to seek guidance. </li><li>An eagerness to learn and grow, including completing R&R's required training. </li><li>A high degree of integrity, ethical decision-making, and ownership of your work. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At R&R Insurance, we're all about supporting your growth and giving you the tools to succeed.
