<p>Innovative Career Pathways Grant Part-time Coordinator</p> <p>Effective 2026-27 School Year</p> <p>Location: W-H Regional High School</p> <p>Reports to Principal</p> <p>Core qualifications for this role include:</p> <ul> <li>Education: A Bachelor's degree minimum, though a Master's degree is highly preferred. Relevant majors include education, psychology, counseling, or administration. </li><li>Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful teaching or educational leadership experience, particularly in alternative or career/technical education. </li><li>Networking Abilities: Experience building partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and workforce boards. </li><li>Program Management: Proven ability to design and implement academic programs, internships, and capstone projects. </li><li>Certifications: Often requires or prefers a valid state administrative or teaching certification (e.g., Administrator I). </li></ul> <p>Adhere to five guiding principles as outlined in the Grant and six characteristics for its new pathways, recognizing that a structured pathway that integrates these into a coherent set of strategies and services for participating students ensures the quality of the pathway.
