<p>Lead a Market. Build a Team. Own the P&L.</p> <p>Farha Roofing is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and grow our St. Louis market. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in sales, understands roofing operations, and wants to build a high-performing team while owning market-level results.</p> <p>The General Manager will serve as the sales leader, operations driver, and culture setter for the territory.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Sales & Business Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prospect using multiple channels including networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship development</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all company-provided leads are contacted same day</p> </li><li> <p>Close roofing projects (residential and commercial)</p> </li><li> <p>Develop strategic relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients</p> </li><li> <p>Drive revenue growth and market expansion</p> </li></ul> <p>Project & Operational Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee all roofing projects from sale through completion</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure job accuracy and profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure proper CRM documentation (JobNimbus )</p> </li><li> <p>Track and manage market-level P&L performance</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with insurance claims when needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Team Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales/project management staff</p> </li><li> <p>Hire and oversee production team members in the market</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Create accountability systems for prospecting, follow-up, and closing</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in annual budgeting, sales forecasting, staffing plans, and marketing strategy</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Base Salary: starting at $75,000 annually, BOE</p> </li><li> <p>Commission: 5% of revenue + 5% of gross profit</p> </li><li> <p>Company vehicle + gas card + expense account</p> </li><li> <p>Paid vacation and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Additional benefits provided in accordance with company policy</p> </li></ul> <p>This role offers strong earning potential for a leader who can build a team and drive profitable growth.</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience in roofing sales and/or roofing operations leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Strong closing ability and business development mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing P&L and driving profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Team leadership and hiring experience</p> </li><li> <p>High accountability and process discipline</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in CRM systems and tracking performance metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership mentality</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Farha Roofing?</p> <p>We are a growth-focused roofing company committed to performance, accountability, and long-term opportunity.
