<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join our team at Cedar Hills as an Intake Coordinator - Therapist and learn how you can make a lasting difference in your community!</p> <p>Schedule: 3 - 12 hour shifts 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Wednesday to Friday.</p> <p>How you will make an impact:</p> <p>Cedar Hills Hospital currently has an opening for anIntake Coordinator - Therapist. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordination of admission, assessment and referral of incoming patients including the coordination of Provider assessments and initiation of the admission process. New Master's graduates encouraged to apply!</p> <p>Licensure: Must be state certified in social work or clinical related mental health field. LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, Temporary CSWA license or LCSW license required or working to obtain licensure.</p> <p>Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire.
